OUR PHILOSOPHY
Thanks to a network of qualified partners, Arosio F.lli has the most advanced technologies for the creation of moulds and equipment for pressure die-casting, able to meet the most demanding requirements.
Besides the production of aluminium molds, Arosio F.lli offers a complete service for the mechanical machining and the superficial finishing of the products such as: tumbling, sandblasting, polishing and painting.
The monthly consumption of aluminium alloy EN AB 46100 is approx. 55/60.000 kg. The factory unit covers a surface of over 1.500 sq.m, where 15 people are employed. Attention to safety and the environment have always been a priority for Arosio F.lli.: all the stations are certified and controlled yearly by specific bodies and are all fitted with systems for the re-use of the fluid and the disposal of waste waters, as well as fume treatment systems which are constantly monitored.
