The continuous technological evolution has led Arosio F.lli to a constant development of its press series.
Currently, the production unit in Pessano con Bornago includes three aluminium work stations completely automated and controlled by robots for the extraction and cutting of the material. Presses of 200 t, one of 320 t and one of 350 t operate in the production area.
To enhance efficiency and increase the quality of the products, alongside the production chain, the research and development department is constantly being technologically updated; customers are involved in the product study and analysis processes, thus assuring constant support, from the design to the delivery of the final product.
When necessary, Arosio F.lli also offers warehousing for the prompt delivery of the products.

This station is ideal for the production of small-medium parts.
Completely automated, it does not require constant monitoring, because it is designed so that the sensors enable productive continuity and engage only in case of error.
It is fitted with a rotating loading unit and a Kawasaki J10 robot.
The smelting furnace holds 300 kg.
This station is equipped with a press fitted with all latest generation features, such as the rotating metal dosing unit with lubricator and Kawasaki FS20N robot. Another feature includes the automatic
column slide-out system to make mold change easier and faster.
This station includes all the elements indicated in station GDK200
and it completes the production of the company regarding the range of the products and the size of the moulds.
It includes a rotating loading unit and a Kawasaki J10 robot.
